We cultivate five grape varieties on a surface of six hectares: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon all cultivated with spurred cordon.

The olive groves date back centuries and count roughly 1500 trees. The varieties are Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino. 

The vegetable garden has been growing in size every year and has allowed us to be almost self sufficient. 

A herd of 20 goats provide milk and meat along with a flock of 30 chickens that supply eggs. A pack of three dogs protect from potential wolf or fox attacks.
